Responsibilities

Perform and potentially lead system analysis, programming, and software delivery activities.
Design, develop, test, review, debug, troubleshoot, and support applications throughout their lifecycle.
Write and modify code using established standards and best practices, including modern Java and complex SQL.
Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Lead or independently manage critical tasks, deliverables, project estimates, timelines, and technical discussions.
Create technical documentation and contribute to product architecture and development standards.
Lead or contribute to unit and integration testing for software reliability, security, and performance.

At least 6 years of software development experience.
Proficiency with modern Java, including Java 11, Java 17, or Java 21+, multithreading/concurrency, and object-oriented programming.
Ability to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, and CTEs.
Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a STEM field.
Preferred: ability to lead complex and diverse projects and manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred: strong software design, implementation, analysis, problem-solving, communication, organization, time management, and development lifecycle skills.

Hybrid work schedule requiring onsite work at the Allen, TX office one day per week.
