Responsibilities

Participate in technical design, prototyping, software development, testing, QA release, and implementation.
Perform system analysis, programming, research, code delivery, and production support for applications.
Develop, test, debug, and troubleshoot software based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Plan unit and integration tests for software reliability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams and contribute to cross-team projects.
Manage critical tasks, estimates, deliverables, timelines, and changing priorities with minimal assistance.
Help define and document departmental and corporate standards.

At least 4 years of software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a STEM field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with SQL and SQL queries.
Ability to work on moderately complex projects and use analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to create development-cycle deliverables, prioritize multiple tasks, and provide and adjust effort and cost estimates.

Hybrid work schedule requiring onsite work at the Allen, Texas office one day per week.
