Responsibilities
- Lead the development of robust PHP architectures, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Design and evolve seamless RESTful integrations to automate and streamline enterprise workflows.
- Manage SQL environments, focusing on schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Elevate team output through deep code reviews and technical mentorship.
- Proactively identify technical debt and implement modern methodologies to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated backend development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in PHP 8+ and modern frameworks (Laravel or Symfony).
- Strong experience in SQL database management (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
- Deep understanding of Composer, PHPUnit, and static analysis tools.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with US-based clients.
- Mandatory experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures.
