Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable, high-performance web applications with .NET, C#, and Blazor
- Lead migrations from legacy AngularJS and jQuery front ends to Blazor architectures
- Drive technology stack upgrades, code analysis, tool evaluations, and engineering standards
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA to convert high-level direction into execution plans, stories, and tasks
- Troubleshoot complex issues across backend business logic and frontend component interactions
- Deliver maintainable, production-ready code while following unit testing and security standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing with .NET or .NET Core
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
- Solid hands-on experience with .NET Blazor and component-based UI frameworks
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database design
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Cursor
- Knowledge of unit testing and HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript compatibility standards
- Willingness to complete mandatory HIPAA compliance and awareness training
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience with .NET 10, RESTful web services, API integrations, cloud deployment strategies, or healthcare technology is preferred
