Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
- Build and evolve comprehensive test suites for APIs and frontends.
- Integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines for continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria.
- Mentor L1/L2 QA engineers and conduct deep code reviews of test scripts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Advanced proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language for automation.
- Deep experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Understanding of Git and CI/CD integration for automated testing.
- Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with US-based clients.
- Experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures.
