Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of automated testing frameworks
- Build and evolve comprehensive API and frontend test suites
- Integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines for continuous testing and rapid releases
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and identify risks early
- Review test scripts and mentor L1/L2 QA engineers
- Drive quality standards and reduce manual testing overhead
Requirements
- 5+ years of software quality assurance experience with a strong focus on automation
- Advanced proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools
- Strong proficiency in at least one automation programming language: Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python
- Deep experience testing RESTful APIs with Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools
- Understanding of Git and CI/CD integration for automated testing
- Advanced written and verbal English proficiency for collaboration with US-based clients
- Mandatory experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures
