Lead Agentic AI Engineer (Frontend)

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain partner-facing frontend solutions integrated into partner products.
- Own the quality and user experience of reference clients demonstrating HERE’s AI products.
- Develop reusable UI components, interaction patterns, and session-handling flows for agentic workflows.
- Contribute frontend expertise to the agentic product roadmap.
- Collaborate with product, backend, design, and partner engineering teams.
- Prototype, test, and rapidly ship frontend experiences while balancing performance, UX, and reliability.
- Drive frontend integration architecture, define reusable scalable approaches, mentor peers, and set quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong production experience with frontend technologies such as Flutter, Kotlin with Compose Framework, or React/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with agentic AI products, LLM-driven workflows, or AI-powered user experiences.
- Prior hands-on experience with agentic systems is a strong plus.
- Comfort moving quickly from ideas to implementation with a data-driven execution mindset.
