Responsibilities
- Embed with client AI teams to understand priority use cases, current architectures, and technical approaches across delivery partners.
- Define and enforce standard AI architecture patterns covering model selection, RAG pipelines, chunking, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent coordination.
- Identify duplicated components and drive consolidation into shared, reusable services.
- Design and implement observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for production AI systems, including latency, accuracy, hallucination tracking, and cost management.
- Provide technical recommendations in PI Planning sessions and executive reviews for VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
- Coach and upskill delivery partner teams and junior and mid-level architects on validated architecture patterns and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, including 3–5 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and LLM orchestration.
- Experience designing scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns across multiple use cases and teams.
- Knowledge of chunking strategies, hybrid semantic and keyword retrieval, and re-ranking techniques.
- Broad experience across data architecture, integration patterns, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms such as Databricks, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
- Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks and assessing fit-for-purpose solutions versus technical debt.
- Strategic advisory experience across multiple enterprise delivery partners, executive communication skills, ability to influence without authority, and experience coaching architects.
