Responsibilities
- Build and set up development tools and infrastructure using CI/CD, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security practices.
- Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable application deployments.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development and deployment processes.
- Perform independently, contribute solutions, participate in team discussions, and become a subject matter expert.
- Guide junior team members and document processes and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Understanding of security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
