Responsibilities
- Build and set up development tools and infrastructure for software development processes.
- Build, test, maintain, and improve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure while monitoring and improving system security.
- Use automation tools and scripting languages to streamline operations.
- Document processes and configurations and assist junior team members with best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), with proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM required.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Ability to design and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
