Responsibilities
- Partner at the strategic pillar level to inform technical strategy and investment priorities.
- Spin up new work streams by assembling teams and driving execution under aggressive timelines.
- Execute on ambiguous, high-stakes problems through hands-on coding and feature shipping.
- Lead experimental work at the AI frontier, including A/B testing and prompt engineering.
- Shape long-term technical strategy through hands-on execution and architectural insights.
- Work across the full stack in an AI-first development environment.
- Provide direct feedback to elevate the performance of senior and staff engineers.
Requirements
- Combine deep engineering ability with strong product and design instincts.
- Experience operating at scale with a startup mentality.
- Fluency in AI-assisted development and experimentation.
- Deep technical expertise with the ability to navigate complex systems.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Demonstrate extreme autonomy in identifying and acting on problems.
- Critical thinking about business optimization and technical decisions.
- At least 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- Stack agnostic with proficiency in high-level programming and AI tools.
