Responsibilities
- Embed shift-left and AI-assisted quality practices in requirements and design activities.
- Design and perform advanced exploratory testing to identify risks, edge cases, and defects.
- Build and maintain modular automated test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress with Java or Python.
- Operate cloud-based and distributed test execution and monitor test data, logs, and quality signals in CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and experiment with autonomous test agents, AI-driven defect prediction, root cause analysis, and test-suite optimization.
- Use AI-driven analytics and predictive insights to recommend quality and delivery improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, stakeholders, and client teams to strengthen quality feedback loops.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering or technical testing roles.
- Experience engaging in early SDLC quality activities, including shift-left practices and Three Amigos sessions.
- Strong manual and exploratory testing experience, preferably using data-driven or AI-supported techniques.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and proficiency in Java or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to AI-based test generation, self-healing automation, LLM-assisted scripting, or debugging.
- Ability to manage workstreams independently and collaborate with minimal supervision.
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or automation frameworks.
- Cloud experience with AWS or GCP is desirable.
- Exposure to autonomous testing agents, AI-driven test orchestration, prompt engineering, LLM-based tools, AI test platforms, or predictive quality metrics is desirable.
