Responsibilities
- Build scalable test automation for Rufus services.
- Perform manual and automated testing.
- Develop test plans, test designs, test strategies, and execute tests.
- Write acceptance criteria and collaborate with product owners to define and refine user stories.
- Serve as a QA lead on medium to large-sized projects.
- Define quality metrics and improve the end-to-end quality of the Rufus shopping experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Experience in both automation testing and manual testing.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and writing acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Experience with test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution.
- Experience as a QA lead on medium to large-sized projects.
- Preferred: experience with an automated test framework such as Selenium or Appium.
- Preferred: experience gathering test requirements, creating detailed test plans, and defining quality metrics.
- Recommended: experience testing on mobile devices.
