Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS architecture for migrating call recordings and analytics.
- Assess existing integrations and define migration strategies for historical data.
- Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway.
- Develop APIs to extract and load data into AWS services.
- Create dashboards and tools using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop automated scripts for data migration and perform validation checks.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for testing and post-production support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing applications on AWS.
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens and call recording analytics.
- Experience integrating with Calabrio or similar solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Front-end development experience with React or Angular.
- Expertise in REST APIs and serverless architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation.
- Strong understanding of data migration and testing methodologies.
