Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack software components, APIs, services, user interfaces, and agentic workflows.
- Implement agent orchestration, tool use, integrations, and middleware solutions with emphasis on correctness, safety, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, troubleshoot application interoperability issues, and optimize connected systems.
- Deploy software in Microsoft Azure environments and contribute to deployment scripts, infrastructure-as-code, configuration, and cloud performance tuning.
- Define agent evaluation strategies using golden datasets, regression suites, scenario coverage, reliability checks, tracing, and performance metrics.
- Design and execute unit, integration, automated, and application interoperability tests; resolve failures and improve automation frameworks.
- Support architecture translation, low-level design, technical documentation, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders on planning, estimation, and execution.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and improve team processes, standards, and tools.
Requirements
- Six to nine years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI- and LLM-powered features involving agents, agentic frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern full-stack technology stack and one or more agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, containerization, Kubernetes, Azure cloud-native services, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, system integration, application performance, and complex system design.
- Ability to design, test, debug, document, and maintain complex systems in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication, ownership, prioritization, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
- Experience with .NET ecosystem frameworks and ReactJS is a plus.
