Base Salary
$164k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape quarterly portfolios of embedded engagements that help Root teams adopt AI effectively.
- Guide workflow discovery, requirements definition, and development of reusable AI Platform improvements.
- Prioritize reusable capabilities, adoption patterns, and team practices that create compounding value.
- Coordinate AI Platform, product engineering, data, security, and business partners around shared opportunities.
- Create repeatable engagement models and playbooks for AI adoption.
- Coach engineers and communicate outcomes, blockers, and next steps to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year leading software teams or major technical initiatives.
- Experience leading team-level delivery of customer-facing or internal technical solutions.
- Fluency with AI tools and technologies and practical judgment regarding responsible deployment and adoption.
- Strong product instincts, including opportunity evaluation, success definition, and quarterly tradeoff decisions.
- Experience working directly with varied users and influencing partners toward improved workflows and outcomes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple engagements and cross-team dependencies while protecting focus and capacity.
- A coaching mindset and a record of helping teammates improve their technical and collaborative practices.
- Clear written and verbal communication with team members and stakeholders.
