Base Salary
$228k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end.
- Own the AI workshop program, customizing modules for customers.
- Architect multi-agent solutions tailored to customer workflows.
- Design client-specific MCP resource packs for personalized intelligence.
- Ensure Deployment Kit quality for ease of use by solutions consultants.
- Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints to train consultants and partners.
- Drive the intelligence loop by authoring strategic memos and presenting findings.
- Mentor junior FDEs on engagements and Deployment Kit quality.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of production software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience deploying AI/ML to production.
- Deep proficiency in Python and strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Proven track record in leading complex enterprise technical engagements.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and production LLM.
- Expertise in system architecture across enterprise systems and AI services.
- Ability to create reusable technical assets for production use.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
