Base Salary

$228k - $245k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end, including scoping, architecture, implementation, validation, and customer relationship management.
  • Own the AI workshop program, customize content for customers, lead technical sessions, and translate outcomes into production requirements.
  • Architect multi-agent solutions using coordination patterns appropriate to customer workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Design customer- and industry-specific MCP resource packs.
  • Own the quality and documentation of Deployment Kits for use by solutions consultants and partners.
  • Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints and create training materials and certification criteria.
  • Drive the intelligence loop through strategic memos, weekly field presentations, Agent Bricks and Skills contributions, and platform RFCs.
  • Mentor junior FDEs through customer engagements, code reviews, and Deployment Kit quality reviews.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of production software engineering experience, including at least 3 years deploying AI/ML systems to production.
  • Deep Python expertise and strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise technical engagements, managing customer relationships, navigating security reviews, and delivering production systems.
  • Deep production LLM experience with multi-agent orchestration, MCP/tool use, RAG optimization, evaluation frameworks, and agent deployment at scale.
  • System architecture expertise across enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI services.
  • Experience creating reusable technical assets used by others in production.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for architecture documents, runbooks, strategic memos, and training materials.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience founding or scaling an FDE or solutions engineering function is preferred.
  • Technical founder background and experience with Databricks, AWS Bedrock, or Temporal are preferred.
  • Domain knowledge in healthcare, financial services, or government is preferred.
  • Contributions to agent frameworks such as Strands SDK, LangChain, or open-source MCP servers are preferred.
