Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and create basic and detailed technical designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, research, development, prototyping, and proof-of-concept work for systems and solutions.
- Develop, customize, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain code, applications, and enterprise systems.
- Administer, configure, and support enterprise tools including SailPoint, Atlassian products, version-control systems, CI/CD tools, monitoring platforms, service-management tools, analytics workflows, PLM systems, and Microsoft productivity platforms.
- Lead integrations across enterprise tools using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and global cross-functional teams to improve processes and tool usage.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, integration best practices, and project documentation.
- Ensure supported platforms comply with security and governance policies.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience serving as a lead programmer analyst and working independently or in teams.
- At least 4 years of API development experience with deep knowledge of API protocols and gateways.
- Strong experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and logging.
- Familiarity with KNIME, Jama, and Fisheye/Crucible.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices.
- Experience with enterprise identity management and security compliance.
- Familiarity with Azure, GCP, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
