Responsibilities
- Build GenAI applications and autonomous multi-agent systems for enterprise clients.
- Design enterprise-grade RAG solutions and agentic workflows using LLM APIs and open-source models.
- Evaluate and stress-test AI outputs for hallucinations, edge cases, and failure modes.
- Deploy AI solutions to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments while meeting performance and security requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants on enterprise AI adoption.
- Design, prototype, debug, and develop AI-driven solutions, RAG pipelines, and conversational interfaces over enterprise data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid proficiency in Python and basic SQL knowledge.
- Basic backend experience with REST APIs, HTTP methods, and client-server communication.
- Hands-on experience with foundation models and understanding of embeddings and vector search.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and ADK.
- Awareness of the Model Context Protocol and how it connects AI agents to external systems.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Copilot.
- Good command of English at minimum B2 level.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, vector databases, multi-agent systems, or autonomous AI workflows is beneficial.
- Familiarity with LLMOps, CI/CD for AI applications, open-source contributions, hackathons, or a public GitHub portfolio is beneficial.
- Basic cloud experience and familiarity with Docker, FastAPI, or Flask are beneficial.
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles and model evaluation techniques is beneficial.
