Base Salary
$185k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for direct publisher integrations.
- Lead platform infrastructure efforts, including support for Prebid header bidding.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain the publisher platform for managing integrations.
- Drive system performance improvements for large datasets with high availability.
- Mentor engineers and elevate engineering practices across the team.
- Champion an iterative, fail-fast culture in solution development.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling large distributed systems.
- Strong architectural instincts for designing reliable and high-performance systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team initiatives.
- Deep curiosity about business and passion for using technology to transform outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on working across multiple teams.
- Experience with high-scale, real-time systems or platform development is a strong plus.
