Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable core services and backend platform components.
- Develop and maintain reliable asynchronous architectures using event streaming and workflow orchestration.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend engineering and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and experience with Temporal, Kafka, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Proven experience delivering technical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong background in the B2B SaaS space with experience building scalable backend applications.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to complex data pipelines and high-availability core services.
- Profile centered on core backend application architecture.
- Effective communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
