Responsibilities
- Lead development of business-critical features such as self-service onboarding, data blending and deconfliction, and digital account opening.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and influence product roadmap, architecture, and technical vision decisions.
- Help build and maintain a strong developer experience.
- Use observability and monitoring tools to triage and resolve production issues.
- Help hire and mentor engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality systems with significant complexity and scale.
- Experience building high-quality user-facing web applications.
- Experience working closely with a cross-functional product team.
- Ability to operate primarily as an individual contributor with substantial ownership in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
- Preferred experience includes B2B or fintech software, seed-stage startups, open source software, company or personal project launches, and AI prompting, models, or tools.
