Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and modernize business-critical software solutions across multiple technologies.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to understand unfamiliar codebases, generate code and documentation, create test scenarios, and accelerate troubleshooting.
- Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, security, and compliance, and promote AI-enabled software engineering practices.
- Develop integrations, APIs, automation solutions, and reusable services, and participate in architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
- Support IBM i, RPG, CL, DB2, and related legacy technologies while contributing to migration and modernization initiatives.
- Participate in incident resolution and problem management, and improve application stability, observability, and supportability.
- Collaborate with business partners, vendors, analysts, and support teams on digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in software development, application support, systems integration, or solution delivery.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with one or more of enterprise application development, SQL and relational databases, APIs and systems integration, cloud platforms and services, IBM i/AS400, RPG IV/RPGLE, CL programming, Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with application modernization, system enhancements, technology transformation, pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, logistics, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is an asset.
