Responsibilities
- Administer SZEN and SPRO Oracle databases, including operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and data replication.
- Operate and enhance the ClearCase-based SRM product-data acquisition toolchain.
- Manage event-driven data provisioning from Stage-VoBs into the data cache.
- Administer monitoring Watchdog functionality and generate XML using TclXML.
- Develop and maintain SAP and TeamCenter integrations.
- Manage interfaces with Saperion, OpenFT, and NetApp.
- Extend SRM tools and database functionality to improve data consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Experience administering Oracle databases, including operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL skills for maintenance tasks and error analysis.
- Conceptual understanding of ClearCase or comparable version-control systems, including VoB structures, labels, and attributes.
- Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python or Perl, or a comparable language.
- Basic understanding of system integration and interface architectures involving SAP, PLM tools, and file transfer.
- Tcl/Tk experience.
- Knowledge of OpenFT, NetApp, and Saperion interfaces.
