Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in Dust's product and platform capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers.
- Lead advanced implementation projects and custom workflows.
- Conduct training and workshop sessions to communicate Dust's value proposition.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements for Product & Engineering teams.
- Help build the global Solutions Engineering organization and establish best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical and customer-facing roles.
- Action-oriented and organized self-starter mindset.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

- Strong relationship-building skills as a trusted technical advisor.
