Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and optimize enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based architectures.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services supporting business-critical applications.
- Develop scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services and cloud development best practices.
- Develop frontend applications using Angular.
- Collaborate with architects, QA and quality engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in application modernization, cloud migration, technical design discussions, and solution architecture activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement application and service performance improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Hands-on enterprise application development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Expertise with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL databases.
- Experience developing frontend applications with Angular, including versions 13–16.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, application performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Python for automation, scripting, or application development.
- Preferred knowledge of DevOps tools and automated deployment practices.
- Preferred experience with cloud migration, application modernization, developer mentoring, and technical leadership.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
- AWS or other relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
