Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and extend Zuora CPQ for accurate quoting and subscription lifecycle management.
Design and maintain complex Zuora product catalogs and rate plan configurations.
Implement and optimize integrations between Zuora CPQ and core systems like Salesforce.
Develop and maintain end-to-end Quote-to-Cash flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora CPQ configurations and integrations.
Support data migration and reporting efforts.
Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ configurations and processes.

4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ solutions across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Deep technical expertise in Zuora CPQ and Billing configuration.
Strong experience integrating Zuora CPQ with Salesforce and other systems using REST APIs.
Proficiency with Salesforce technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Experience troubleshooting high-impact CPQ and billing issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
