Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-quality products.
- Create paved paths and best practices within the reviews, standards, and insights space.
- Define technical strategy and lead the architecture, build, and launch of solutions for serving reviews flows.
- Work outside of your usual comfort zone to foster personal growth.
- Influence and align stakeholders on technical direction and goals.
- Build efficient, reliable, and scalable backend solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to define product definitions and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-time work experience in software engineering or related domains.
- Proven track record of defining technical direction for large-scale production systems.
- Ability to drive technical strategy and make architectural decisions across teams.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture.
- Proficiency in backend server languages such as Ruby, Java, or Kotlin.
- Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL, and caching systems.
- Familiarity with reviews and metrics domain is a plus.
