Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated technical partner within a strategic customer’s engineering organization.
Design, build, and deploy production-ready code into customer infrastructure using the Cloudflare platform.
Own the account's technical success and serve as the primary technical point of contact.
Participate in customer engineering rituals, including daily standups and incident response.
Identify opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Cloudflare services.
Maintain deep technical competence across all Cloudflare product areas.
Surface real-world product insights to influence the developer platform roadmap.
Establish and maintain trusted technical relationships with senior leadership.
Maintain a regular on-site presence at customer locations.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience owning mission-critical services with real-world users.
Currently active in software development with a high velocity.
Broad technical fluency across the entire stack.
Experience integrating AI-augmented workflows into development cycles.
Ability to decompose complex business requirements into scalable architectures.
Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider.
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments.
Comfortable engaging in high-stakes technical discussions with VP-level stakeholders.
