Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant, buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and optimize AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines using Axon’s platform.
- Configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records, and related systems in agency environments.
- Drive hands-on user adoption, measure usage and workflow impact, and iterate until solutions are effective in production.
- Apply CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy, and security guardrails to every build.
- Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
- Assess operational workflows, define success metrics and baselines, and lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning.
- Build relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders, including command staff and operators.
- Capture customer insights and workflow patterns for Product and Engineering roadmap decisions.
- Turn successful one-off builds into reusable playbooks and operational frameworks.
- Identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated impact and partner with Sales on account strategy.
- Maintain consistent onsite presence of approximately 3–4 days per week and support Sales-to-Post-Sales onboarding and handoff.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments.
- Demonstrated experience shipping working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments, including configuring products and writing integration logic.
- Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders in mission-critical environments.
- Ability to own ambiguous, fast-changing work and navigate priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.
- Former law enforcement or military experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Records, Evidence, digital workflows, AI-enabled platforms, or integrated public safety ecosystems is preferred.
- Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale is preferred.
