Responsibilities
- Define the Forward Deployed Engineering team’s operating model, playbooks, technical roadmap, culture, and cross-functional processes.
- Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers to analyze L&D workflows and identify opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Design, build, integrate, and deploy bespoke AI agents using the Docebo Agent Hub and customer systems.
- Own the lifecycle from discovery and system architecture through production deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Translate customer feedback and bespoke implementations into scalable platform enhancements.
- Rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate based on customer usage and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Production experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong customer-centric communication skills and confidence engaging directly with enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, undefined, and high-ownership environments.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Next.js for frontend and backend development.
- Strong systems architecture experience with distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and multi-LLM orchestration tools.
