Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical deployment of the Tines platform in complex enterprise environments.
- Integrate Tines with existing customer systems and configure customer-specific workflows.
- Drive platform adoption through user training, enablement, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify new use cases and opportunities to expand Tines across teams, workflows, and business units.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving blockers.
- Build relationships with users, customer leadership, and executive sponsors to support retention and growth.
- Share recurring customer friction points, unmet needs, and valuable use cases with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
- Travel 20–40% to customer sites.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions or Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Integration or Implementation Engineer, or Software Engineer with customer exposure.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and measurable value from complex technical products in enterprise environments.
- Strong engineering skills for owning integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and understanding customer infrastructure.
- Strong Python skills, with TypeScript, Java, or a similar language preferred.
- Production experience with LLMs and AI systems, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment at scale.
- Ability to train, enable, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- High agency, resourcefulness, independence, and end-to-end ownership.
- Strong, clear, confident, and low-ego communication skills.
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without current visa sponsorship.
