Base Salary
$40k - $54k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous customer goals into concrete AI use cases, requirements, and solution designs.
- Assess data availability, identify appropriate APIs or MCP sources, and secure access.
- Use Gladly’s CLI to register APIs on the App Platform.
- Write JavaScript app actions to transform API payloads into useful AI fields.
- Build workflows and guides that direct Gladly’s AI interactions.
- Own launched use cases, monitor performance, optimize results, and create new use cases.
- Provide customer and internal status updates and align goals and timelines with partner teams.
- Participate in QBRs and EBRs to demonstrate progress and customer value.
- Support pre-sales demos with Solutions Engineering and collaborate with Professional Services Engineering on complex work.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions or sales engineering, support engineering, professional services, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Hands-on ability to read API payloads, transform data with JavaScript, and work with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and a CLI.
- Strong business analysis skills and the ability to turn ambiguous customer goals into workable solution designs.
- Business-fluent English communication at the C1-C2 level.
- Curiosity about AI and aptitude for prompt engineering and workflow design.
- Accountability, proactive communication, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Based in Colombia and able to work core US business hours or maintain significant overlap.
- CX, contact center, or CX SaaS experience is preferred; forward-deployed or AI deployment engineering experience is a bonus.
