Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site discovery and operational workflow mapping for tactical network operations procedures, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and operations orders.
  • Identify opportunities for generative AI and low-code/no-code dashboards to improve operational planning and mission-dependent network visualization.
  • Coordinate the ingestion, federation, and data modeling of specialized initialization data, spectrum allocations, and satellite authorizations.
  • Validate and deploy scalable software architectures and secure multi-echelon agent infrastructures across SBU-E, XLESS, and SIPR enclaves.
  • Lead training and unit installation support during validation milestones and tactical exercises.
  • Deliver demonstrations, briefings, and technical proposals to technical and executive audiences.
  • Assess product development and employment opportunities against operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience applying systems engineering or technical coordination processes to translate Statement of Need requirements into agile product development, user stories, and system architecture artifacts.
  • Hands-on experience with network management, tactical communication frameworks, and command-and-control interoperability tools, including MAVEN, NGC2, INB2, Terminus, and Tactical Assault Kit.
  • Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured operational environments.
  • Experience authoring technical documentation, embedded system help, and configuration guides for complex network software nodes.
  • Advanced AI and technical experience with agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and model orchestration in air-gapped environments is preferred.
  • Prior military service as a senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer, particularly in a technical leadership position at DIV/BCT level or higher, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tactical network planning tools, COMSEC cryptographic key management, and logical or geographic Network Common Operational Pictures is preferred.
