Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run mobile product experiences across Tide’s Business areas.
- Define product-building vision and strategies and make technical decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Act as a technical lead, advocate engineering best practices, and mentor less-experienced developers.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver well-engineered solutions.
- Contribute to the Flutter Community of Practice and improve engineering processes and quality.
- Build high-performance mobile interfaces and complex applications that ship successfully to customers.
- Develop automation and tooling for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Requirements
- Several years of software engineering experience with Flutter, native iOS or Android development, or React Native.
- Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools, and the Flutter lifecycle.
- Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex mobile applications shipped to customers.
- Experience technically leading mobile engineers in cross-platform teams and mentoring less-experienced developers.
- Passion for building products in small, autonomous, agile teams.
- Passion for automation testing and experience writing testable code.
- Experience with automation and tooling focused on continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
