RIMS Senior Consultant - Managed Services (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Implement new features within the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite.
- Work with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements.
- Design requested and proactively identified customer solutions.
- Act as liaison among customer stakeholders, implementation and maintenance teams, and Veeva Product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs.
- Drive change management for customers moving from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, ideally content management software.
- Experience in consulting and/or customer-facing work, including managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, translate business requirements, and create corresponding solution designs.
- At least a bachelor’s degree.
- Additional European language proficiency is preferred.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Europe; employment visa sponsorship is not anticipated.
