Responsibilities
- Help implement new features within the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite.
- Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements.
- Design solutions based on customer requests and needs.
- Act as a liaison between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
- Experience in a consulting and/or customer-facing role managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- At least a bachelor’s degree.
- Legally authorized to be employed in Europe.
