Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership.
- Co-create tailored sales plays for each partner's customer base.
- Develop and deliver workshops and enablement sessions for partners.
- Intervene on high-value partner-attached deals across EMEA.
- Transform partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules.
- Produce reference architectures for strategic partner combinations.
- Codify successful partner engagements into repeatable GTM plays.
- Build AI-powered self-service tools for high-volume PDE activities.
- Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements.
- Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content to build Coder's technical brand.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience in helping partners adopt products in emerging categories.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
- 2+ years of experience deploying AI coding agents in production environments.
- Ability to articulate architectural differences relevant to security and compliance.
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model.
- Experience building scalable technical GTM assets.
- Strong executive communication skills and Field CTO credibility.
- Strong written communication skills for producing technical documents.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with full autonomy.
