Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and application components using Python.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate software development activities with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, performance optimization, system architecture, and integration concepts.
