Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end machine learning systems for real-time content safety.
Innovate detection strategies using data-driven approaches to identify emerging threats.
Define the technical roadmap and establish foundational architecture for the team.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Set technical strategy for high-scale, reliable infrastructure systems.
Analyze performance bottlenecks across the inference stack.
Stay updated on industry trends in machine learning and infrastructure.

7+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
Proven ability to develop scalable solutions for complex safety challenges.
Experience with various data modalities such as text, images, or 3D data is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
