Responsibilities
- Lead with empathy and invest in the people around you.

- Act as the technical lead for cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across multiple pods.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from planning to launch.
- Remain hands-on in the codebase and actively develop the platform.
- Design systems that empower Roblox creators to enhance user experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of frontend or client engineering experience, focusing on complex UIs.
- Deep systems-level audio or video expertise.
- Experience tackling performance and memory optimization challenges.
- Proven track record in delivering user-facing social or communication products.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation.
