Responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year technical vision and architectural strategy for machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with executive-level leaders to prioritize the strategic machine learning roadmap.
- Oversee the adoption and deployment of innovative machine learning techniques.
- Construct datasets and build auto-labeling pipelines to solve technical problems.
- Integrate machine learning solutions into the production stack.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in designing and operating large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proven track record of setting long-term technical direction for ML domains.
- Deep expertise in advanced ML architectures, including Computer Vision and Vision-Language Models.
- Experience in architecting scalable, real-time ML inference services.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional conflicts and building consensus.
