Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure supporting multiple development teams.
- Automate complete infrastructure deployments using AWS CloudFormation YAML templates and Ansible.
- Manage infrastructure scripts and templates in GitHub using Git for version control.
- Set up and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and manage AWS EC2, Elastic Load Balancers, auto-scaling groups, CloudWatch alarms, dashboards, alerts, and S3 files and permissions.
- Monitor servers and infrastructure for issues and assist security teams with implementing compliance controls.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Experience managing Elastic Load Balancers and auto-scaling groups with AWS EC2.
- Experience configuring AWS CloudWatch alarms, dashboards, and alerts.
- Experience managing files and permissions in AWS S3.
- Experience building infrastructure as code with AWS CloudFormation and YAML templates.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and Bash scripting skills.
- Experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and using Ansible for server automation.
- Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub for version control of infrastructure as code.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- Desired experience with API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kubernetes infrastructure, multiple development teams, Agile two-week sprints, and AWS certification.
