Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents capable of operating at scale.
- Adapt software engineering practices for non-deterministic agent behavior, natural language integration, and LLM dependencies.
- Use Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate generative agent development.
- Design harness and self-optimizing systems that improve through real-world usage, user feedback, and self-play loops.
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal product and platform teams to identify needs and shape AI agent development initiatives.
- Promote documentation, knowledge sharing, and scalable engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building agentic applications.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, agent architectures and design patterns, knowledge bases, AI search, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, evaluation, and guardrailing.
- Understanding of modern agent patterns including MCP, A2A, and ACP.
- Ability to work proactively and resourcefully in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
