Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, upgrades, and interface improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and other stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, obtain feedback, and support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
- Generate MIS and other required reports on time.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Icertis CLM.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, investigate problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop feasible solutions.
- Ability to create test cases, automate validation processes, and ensure code quality.
- Ability to document software solutions, project activities, status, requirements, and reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer focus, communication, troubleshooting, and reporting capabilities.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgradation certifications.
