Base Salary
$155k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain common Kubernetes platform services on cloud-native architecture.
- Integrate a Kubernetes platform with enterprise services to meet security requirements.
- Implement secure automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Support a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies.
- Develop best practices to enhance deployment quality and velocity.
- Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with commercial cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- At least 2 years of experience in cARMY, Cloud One, or Platform One at IL6.
- Experience architecting and maintaining Kubernetes or Docker platform services.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and processes such as GitLab CI and Helm.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
- B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications (e.g., CompTia Security+ CE).
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.
