Base Salary
$254k - $297k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute production-quality code to GitLab’s product and adjacent systems.
- Develop bug fixes, features, integrations, tooling, or performance improvements.
- Engage with strategically important customers to diagnose complex technical problems.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to drive end-to-end resolution of issues.
- Drive adoption of GitLab Duo Agent Platform with strategic customers.
- Lead the creation of technical narratives and thought leadership materials.
Requirements
- Staff-level experience building or improving complex production software systems.
- Strong Ruby/Rails or Go experience.
- Experience diagnosing complex system behavior across various technical domains.
- Deep understanding of modern DevSecOps workflows.
- Ability to coordinate across teams without formal authority.
- Strong written communication skills for producing technical documentation.
