Responsibilities
- Contribute to innovative digital technology solutions that meet current and future business needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric technology designs for Aritzia.com.
- Develop, configure, and integrate solutions with existing systems and website infrastructure.
- Implement structured testing to verify functionality and identify and address deficiencies.
- Launch and proactively maintain technology solutions while collaborating with teammates to improve development processes.
Requirements
- Professional programming experience, preferably with React Native development.
- Skills in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and unit test writing.
- Proficiency with native Android and iOS SDKs and with developing hybrid applications and PWAs.
- Experience setting up deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, Mac Runners, and other tools.
- Experience defining mobile backends using Node.js and GraphQL.
- Understanding of Cloudflare CDN and WAF for optimizing APIs powering native applications.
- Experience with observability and monitoring solutions such as Instabug and Datadog.
- Understanding of server-side versus client-side rendering, user performance perception, and framework selection.
