Base Salary

$183k - $305k/yr

Responsibilities

Apply automotive retail and financial services domain expertise to understand vehicle desking and financing processes.
Serve as a business translator between OEM partners and Tekion’s product/engineering teams.
Lead technical scoping and estimation for new projects, defining requirements and addressing challenges.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to develop integrated digital retail experiences.
Build and maintain relationships with OEM, dealership, and technology stakeholders.
Demonstrate technical proficiency, including API calls and documentation development.
Communicate platform capabilities and technical details to various audiences.
Deliver product demonstrations and manage alignment across stakeholders.
Travel 25 to 50 percent to engage with clients and support implementations.

At least 8 years in solutions architecture or lead technical roles, with experience in digital automotive retail.
Strong track record in automotive and financial services domain areas.
Experience with SaaS or ERP solutions for automotive retail.
Understanding of fixed operations (service, parts, repair) is preferred.
Ability to scope projects and resolve technical challenges.
Hands-on experience with digital retail workflows and document management.
Proficiency with APIs and integration tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering multi-stakeholder projects through teamwork.
