Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee strategy development and execution for ads marketplace initiatives.
- Develop algorithms to improve the efficiency of the ads marketplace, auction, and pricing.
- Manage end-to-end ML workflows from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Mentor and lead junior and senior engineers in technical design and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and build products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product development, with 5+ years in marketplace optimization.
- Strong knowledge of ads marketplace optimization and auction mechanisms.
- Solid understanding of large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Proven technical leadership in cross-functional settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
