Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for greenfield accounts in the Nordics by assessing customer architectures and providing guidance across data and AI systems.
- Advise VP-level and business-unit leaders and drive alignment during high-tension negotiations.
- Develop reusable architectural patterns and guidance from customer engagements.
- Drive adoption beyond proof of concept using signals that demonstrate sustained customer impact.
- Coach junior and professional Solutions Architects on technical discovery and complex use-case prioritization.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in technical and client-facing roles.
- Deep expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and generative AI with an AI-builder mindset.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and align stakeholders across competing constraints and changing goals.
- Recognized architectural experience with the ability to lead complex technical discussions and solve multi-account challenges.
- Ability to identify emerging risks and mobilize others through ambiguity.
- Pre-sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be based in Sweden or Denmark and have excellent communication skills for high-level customer interactions.
