Base Salary
$149k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
- Administer and harden Entra ID, including conditional access and identity protection.
- Own Exchange Online configuration and troubleshoot mail delivery issues.
- Investigate incidents and develop detection queries using Microsoft 365 Defender.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement security baselines and compliance measures.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline administration and reporting.
- Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices for Microsoft 365.
- Work with containerized workloads integrating with M365/Entra.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for outages.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and standards.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing scripts and pipelines.
- Strong experience using KQL for querying logs and analyzing security events.
- Expert-level experience with Exchange Online configuration and troubleshooting.
